Giant Yoga Ball & Giant To-Do Lists!!!

Giant Yoga Ball! Have you tried one? I brought mine into the office, seems to help a bit. Next week I’ll try doing a few sit ups every so often throughout the day. Chair seat massagers work too but you have to consciously remember to plug them in. I have one but as soon as I get to work things move so fast I just glue my eyes to the screen. Its quite amazing to have to constantly deal with a million things thrown at me every hour. The only way to combat that is to throw a bunch back! How many tasks can be piled on before it becomes unreasonable? I understand the need for seeing how much you can get one person to do, but as soon as I tackle an assigned task, BAM I get 5 more, each requiring their own respective time frames to accomplish. Designers have a totally different scale of time they deal with. Its not like we have check boxes and mark ’done’ within TWO MINUTES after its discussed or brainstormed. I’m super fast yeah, I get faster every year… Its a Saturday, I’m dabbling in a few things today to take care of business…. a SATURDAY, just realizing I haven’t taken a vacation or a sick day and again, the weekend is dedicated to working. I’m not complaining really, just need a little moment to at least blog about it. I’m sure some of my fellow creatives are in the same boat, expected to do it all. Well then in that case if you hear me – we can only look at it like this  -  -  – it only makes us better, more knowledgeable, more valuable
